Estimator (Fitout)
Location: SE1, Elephant & Castle, Greater London
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

Inspire Futures are currently recruiting an Estimator for a construction/fit-out project with a national contractor based in their London office. Hybrid working options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered
- Conduct site visits and review project specifications to provide accurate estimates
- Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and delivered within agreed timescales
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Estimator in the construction/fit-out sector
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, construction processes, and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
