Location: Bristol, Plymouth & South West
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 Basic + Incentives (OTE £60,000)

Qualified Electricians are invited to join a growing company and gain experience in solar installations and high-quality electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Carry out fault-finding and wiring for heating controls, door entry, and warden call systems
• Attend breakdowns and urgent repairs, including call-out rota
• Order parts and manage job schedules efficiently
• Comply with industry standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Log job updates using handheld PDA systems
• Communicate with residents and clients regarding work progress
• Maintain PPE, tools, and testing equipment
• Produce certificates, job sheets, and reports
• Submit timesheets, delivery notes, and expenses weekly
• Coordinate with plumbing and building teams

Experience Required

• Social Housing installation and maintenance projects
• Working with residents and clients
• Domestic heating wiring experience or willingness to learn
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to pass DBS check

Skills & Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)
• AM2
• C&G 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing
• Experience or transferable skills in door entry and warden call systems
• Strong fault diagnosis and repair skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility
• Mobile PDA systems experience
• Gold ECS NVQ Level 3 Card (desirable)
