Approved Electrician – Data Centres (North of England)
Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Salary: £42,000–£45,000 per annum + benefits
Role Overview:
Deliver electrical installation works for data centres, including 1st & 2nd fix, power/lighting, commissioning. Supervise operatives and support project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical installation and testing
- Supervise operatives when required
- Complete inspections and certifications
- Follow RAMS and safety procedures
About You / Requirements:
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- C&G 2382, C&G 2391-10 (2391-20 desirable)
- Experience with LV distribution; UPS/DC systems advantageous
- UK driving licence; willingness to travel
- IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, SMSTS/SSSTS/IOSH beneficial
