Commercial Gas Engineer – Social Housing / Renewable Energy
Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Experienced Commercial Gas Engineers needed for commercial and domestic systems in social housing.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and maintenance of gas systems
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently
- Maintain safety and reliability in all installations
- Order parts and manage workflow
- Use PDA/mobile devices for job updates
- Communicate with residents and clients
- Attend company briefings and training
- Participate in callout rota
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven competence in commercial and domestic gas systems
- Required Qualifications: CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, TPCP1/A, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA
- Advantageous: Commercial catering, unvented hot water, water regulations
- Professional, punctual, flexible
- Full UK Driving Licence & DBS
