Contracts Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire
Salary: £70,000–£72,000 per annum + benefits
Role Overview:
Manage contract administration, oversee fit-out programmes, lead project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

- Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects
- Knowledge of building contracts, contract law, and fit-out processes
