Electrical Supervisor – Mobile (Data Centres)
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £50,000–£53,000 per annum + 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering all electrical works effectively, professionally, and in line with current regulations. Lead a team, manage programme delivery, and ensure high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop project teams through clear communication, training, and development
- Support PMs in managing electrical installations, ensuring SORs and drawings are followed
- Produce RAMS for all tasks
- Assist PMs with variations, SORs, and extra works
- Ensure safe working practices and site team compliance
- Build supplier partnerships and streamline supplier database
- Identify operative training needs and close gaps
- Maintain regular contact with customer representatives
- Work towards becoming a NICEIC Electrical Qualifying Supervisor and support documentation
About You / Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- C&G 2382-10 (18th Edition), C&G 2391-10, C&G 2391-20 desirable
- Commercial electrical installation and LV distribution experience
- DC/UPS experience desirable
- Knowledge of safe working practices and permit-to-work systems
- First Aid, IPAF, PASMA advantageous
- Proven experience managing on-site teams
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
