8-Month Temporary Contract

£400-£450/day

We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to support an established M&E Contractor through the final stages of a key project. While the role covers both mechanical and electrical disciplines, we are ideally seeking a candidate with a strong mechanical bias, particularly to support the commissioning phase. However, highly experienced candidates from either side will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of M&E works through to project completion
• Lead, coordinate and manage subcontractors and internal teams
• Ensure commissioning activities run smoothly and meet quality standards
• Drive programme, quality, and compliance across all phases of the project
• Report progress, risks and KPIs to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager
• Strong mechanical background preferred, especially in commissioning
• Ability to take ownership, drive progress, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
