On the 19th of November, our team were invited to HMP Winchester to discuss how Inspire Futures can help support ex-offenders into meaningful employment.
It was amazing to see the Prison Employment team and their commitment to helping individuals rebuild their life and improve their skills ready to secure employment following release.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to speak directly with inmates about their hopes and concerns for the future, particularly around whether society will look beyond their past and recognise their potential.
At Inspire Futures, we are dedicated to changing the wider perception and breaking down barriers to employment. Ex-Offenders often possess valuable skills that make them outstanding employees. We will continue to work closely with prisons and employers to create career opportunities for these individuals.
