Ex Offenders

Ex Offenders

After completing rigorous rehabilitation programmes, ex-offenders re-enter society with a renewed outlook, ready to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities.

Despite this, these individuals face barriers to employment, as employers struggle to look past their history , leaving them reliant on government support and at risk of returning to the life they’ve worked so hard to leave behind.

The character, resilience, and determination these individuals demonstrate throughout rehabilitation, combined with their drive to grow and develop, make them valuable employees who can strengthen teams and transform organisations.
