Site Manager – Construction
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum + 25+ BH + van
Role Overview:
Oversee service delivery on site, manage teams, review method statements and risk assessments, monitor day works, and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
Requirements:
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS
- NEBOSH, Scaffold Awareness, PASMA, IPAF desirable
- Proven experience managing employees and teams
- Ability to travel regionally and work flexible hours
