Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 Basic + Incentives (OTE £52,500)

Hands-on role in social housing projects, including installation, fault-finding, and working with heating, door entry, and warden call systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Fault-finding and wiring for heating, door entry, and warden call systems
- Attend breakdowns and urgent repairs (call-out rota)
- Manage job schedules and order parts efficiently
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
- Log updates using handheld PDA systems
- Produce certificates, job sheets, and reports
- Submit timesheets and expenses weekly
- Coordinate with plumbing and building teams
Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)
- AM2
- C&G 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing
- Gold ECS NVQ Level 3 card (desirable)
- Experience or transferable skills in door entry/warden call systems
- Professional, punctual, flexible
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS clearance
