Foreman – Civils & Landscaping
Location: Bracknell, Bracknell Forest
Salary: £200 – £240 per day (depending on experience)

Lead a small team in landscaping and civils projects for a well-established civils company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a 2-man gang, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Operate machinery up to 10t excavators
- Undertake site work beyond machinery operation
- Carry out hard landscaping and civils tasks (drainage, kerbing, paving)
- Maintain positive attitude and show initiative
- Collaborate with management to deliver projects
Experience & Requirements
- Proven landscaping and civils experience
- Competent in operating 10t excavators
- Practical, versatile, and willing to work across tasks
- Ideally located within 20 minutes of Bracknell
